Our Cool Season Program is tailored specifically for lawns with fescue or bluegrass, which require a different care strategy than the warm-season grasses common in our region, such as bermuda or zoysia. To keep your lawn healthy and thriving year-round, we offer two program options. Both include a balanced mix of pre- and post-emergent weed control, fertilization, soil pH balancing, and overseeding at the right times of year.

Depending on your lawn’s needs, you can choose a 6-round program that emphasizes seasonal treatments and overseeding in early fall, or a 7-round program that begins with overseeding in the spring and continues with a comprehensive schedule of weed control, fertilization, and soil care.

With either option, our expert team ensures your cool-season lawn gets the customized attention it deserves to stay lush, green, and resilient.
