Company Name or Personal Brand Statement:
Master Lawn
Hometown:
Horn Lake, MS
Educational Background:
I obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education, with a concentration in English, from Northwest Mississippi Community College. While studying there, I also completed an equivalent number of credit hours in Business Administration courses.
Personal and Professional Goals:
I actively pursue opportunities for growth and development in both my personal and professional life, intentionally taking on challenges that build my skills and strengthen my character. As a first-time mother, my drive to become the best version of myself is deeply rooted in the example I set for my son. I am committed to using my strengths to create meaningful impact—bringing value to my family, supporting my team, contributing to my organization, and serving my community.
Relevant Professional Achievement, Milestone, or Accomplishment:
I began my professional career at 17, building a strong foundation in customer service that continues to shape my approach to relationships and sales. In 2014, I completed a Dale Carnegie training course in effective communication, which helped me step outside my comfort zone and led to my promotion to customer service manager. That experience gave me the confidence to relocate and pursue a career in sales, where I achieved 100% of my annual quotas for four consecutive years.
My journey ultimately brought me back to Mississippi and to Master Lawn. I’m committed to delivering exceptional service while leveraging my problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business growth.
Hobbies and Personal Interests:
Since welcoming my son in 2025, I’ve found that my greatest joy comes from watching him grow—learning new things and reaching developmental milestones. There is truly nothing quite like witnessing a child experience the world for the first time.
When I’m not spending time with my partner and son, I enjoy activities that challenge me physically. I’m passionate about yoga, running, and hiking, and I also love reading or listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
Giving back has always been important to me. In past years, I’ve contributed in various roles with Volunteer Memphis, and I previously served four years on the board of a nonprofit organization supporting military members and their families. I’m always eager to find meaningful ways to serve and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
