  • Don Fiveash founded Master Lawn in Collierville, TN.

Master Lawn joined forces with Michael Hatcher & Associates, expanding capabilities to include specialized residential weed control and fertilization services.

With nearly a decade of experience in the green industry, I have successfully advanced from a lawn care technician at one of the smallest companies in our market to overseeing operations at Master Lawn, the largest lawn care company in the area. Throughout my journey, I have played a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day operational flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that drive our success today.

I spearheaded the implementation of an e-commerce storefront and an internal sales tool called Deep Lawn, enhancing our operational efficiency and customer engagement. Additionally, I pioneered the introduction of Turf Vision, making us the first and only lawn care provider in our market to integrate body cameras into our daily workflow. This innovative approach has not only improved accountability and service quality but has also set a new standard in our industry.
