Lawn Care Technician

The Lawn Technician will be responsible for performing weed control and fertilization and a variety of enhancement services on customers' lawns. This role involves applying treatments, identifying lawn issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Service Manager

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service team, ensuring that all weed control and fertilization services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role involves supervising technicians, managing schedules, training staff, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospective clients, educating them about our weed control and fertilization services, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for lawn care, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

How Can We Help You?

Do I need experience to apply?

Not necessarily. We’re looking for people who care about doing quality work and are willing to learn. If you’re dependable and take pride in what you do, we’ll teach you the rest!

What kind of training do you offer?

We provide two weeks of paid training led by experienced pros to help you grow in turf care, pest and weed control, fertilization, and seasonal lawn best practices.

What’s the team environment like?

Supportive, respectful; like a family! We look out for each other, take pride in the work, and make sure no one feels like just a number.

Is this a seasonal or year-round job?

Our roles are year-round from January through December. Some of the most important applications we perform all year take place when the grass is dormant and not growing.

Can I earn bonuses on top of my pay?

Yes, we offer quarterly performance-based bonuses.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We’ve got you covered. While we don’t offer a guaranteed salary, we provide ample opportunities to make up for missed work throughout the year.
