I attended Southwest Tennessee Community College for a few semesters to soak up the college experience and see what the academic world had to offer. Let’s just say that while I learned a lot about myself (and how much I prefer hands-on work over lectures!), I quickly realized that traditional college wasn’t my path. It was a valuable detour that helped me focus on what truly ignites my passion—working in the field and making a difference in people’s lives!

My personal goals revolve around living a life of integrity and service. I strive to be the best Christian I can be, nurturing my faith and setting a positive example for others. As a husband, father, uncle, son, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend, I am committed to fostering strong, meaningful relationships and being a source of support and encouragement for my loved ones. I aim to create a loving and nurturing environment for my family, ensuring that they feel valued and cherished.
Professionally, I aspire to grow within my career by continuously enhancing my skills and knowledge in the lawn care industry. I aim to contribute positively to my team and the company, driving success through my work ethic and dedication. Ultimately, I seek to make a lasting impact both in my professional endeavors and in the lives of those around me, balancing my career ambitions with my commitment to family and faith.
Relevant Professional Achievement, Milestone, or Accomplishment:
With nearly a decade of experience in the green industry, I have successfully advanced from a lawn care technician at one of the smallest companies in our market to overseeing operations at Master Lawn, the largest lawn care company in the area. Throughout my journey, I have played a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day operational flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that drive our success today.
I spearheaded the implementation of an e-commerce storefront and an internal sales tool called Deep Lawn, enhancing our operational efficiency and customer engagement. Additionally, I pioneered the introduction of Turf Vision, making us the first and only lawn care provider in our market to integrate body cameras into our daily workflow. This innovative approach has not only improved accountability and service quality but has also set a new standard in our industry. These achievements reflect my commitment to continuous improvement and my passion for elevating the lawn care experience for both our team and our clients.
Hobbies and Personal Interests:
In my free time, I cherish spending quality moments with my wife and kids, especially during our date nights and family trips whenever we can break away from our busy schedules. Family is incredibly important to me, and I take great joy in watching my oldest son perform in plays while cheering on my two youngest as they play baseball and basketball.
I also enjoy tackling home improvement projects, both inside and out, as I find immense satisfaction in enhancing our living space. These projects allow me to express my creativity and make our home more enjoyable for my family. When our schedules permit, I make it a priority to connect with friends, sharing good times and creating lasting memories. Engaging in these activities not only enriches my life but also helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance.
